Back from our Galapagos Photo Safari! [7th Dec 11]

Well Jess and I just got back from running our first 2 week photo safari to the amazing Galapagos Islands with 7 clients, and it was just AWESOME! Amazing birdlife life the magnificent frigatebird, blue footed boobies and tropicbirds, snorkelling with sea lions and seals, huge turtles, iguanas, even penguins! Of course there was also giant tortoises, unforgettable scenery, and.. oh.. the trip was just great!

Well THAT WAS EXCITING! Jess and I've just returned home after embarking alone upon our perilous journey to do what some of the greatest explorers of all time and 160 years of navy expeditions could not - sail through the fabled Northwest Passage in the Canadian Arctic - thanks largely to Global Warming. Hey everyone - thought you might like to know what it's like to go on Assignment for Australian Geographic.
